Legend Guo lectured for the£§ second time to the Con‌<£tinuing Professional D☆'evelopment Programme (CP↔∑©±D) students on “Development in π≥↓ the Trademark Protectionσ​ under the New PRC Law” in $☆Hong Kong.

Mr. Liao and Mr. Guo§>≈’s lecture focused on the newlyα↓∑-revised Trademark Law e₹☆☆∞ffected from May 1, 2014. They discuss¶<αed the differences between the neβ★♣wly revised and the currenδ♥λt trademark law and the impact of t© £≤he new trademark law from the ✘★¶following prospectives±±φ‍: amendments to trademark law and the÷★§★ir impacts; factors of tr✘±ademark infringements  •♠and unfair competition, recogniti×π‌↕on and protection of well-known₩σ trademarks, infringement∞≥s in trademark application, dom÷®ain name infringement>≈✘s, and conflict between trademarπ☆ks and other rights.
