From December 10 to 11, 20↓¥11, Mr. Henry Liao, managing ★÷÷‍partner of Schinders Law, was↕π invited by HKU to lecture•σ  on “Global Markets, © ≤∏Legal Environments and∑¥×♣ Listing Processes” in Beijing.

This course was attended bφ♠y the senior management in both the PRC↓ ®γ and overseas Chinese enterprise∏∑↓βs. To meet the needs of ∞≠"these particular students with differe '§nt industrial backgrounds, Mr. Liao♥¥®’s lecture focus on δΩthe introduction of compariso₩₹£•n of legal environment between China an♥÷≈☆d foreign countries,§¥δ major legal issues involved in the co↕₩φrporate restructure and domestiφ>‍‍c listing and major legal issues in←₹φvolved in oversea listing, as wellδσ as the listing procedur‌'es in different countries. While interε∑ preting some important regulations,φ♦¥® Mr. Liao analyzed and explained with×↓ the students on some recen≥$★t hot legal issues and controversi¥✔al cases, which greatl$$y enhanced the students’ en≥β•thusiasm to learn in the class.

In the class, the students raσ$↑ised questions actively, ×ε​especially in the end of the ε​≤class, the students discuss↕✔ed and exchanged ideas with α<✘Mr. Liao to share their opin×∏ions and analysis freely. Thσ₩↕ey all found the course was •∞ ★very interesting and​×' of practicality.
