On October 10, 2011, Mr. H ÷±enry Liao, managing partner of Sc&♠‍hinders Law, was invited by HKU to∑£  lecture on the Caus→♦↑e, Effect and Management of th↑∞e U.S. Subprime Mortgage Loan Problem ≈↔ε¥in HK.

This course was attended by the s÷α€enior and medium-level manag↕÷¶ement in both the PR←£C and overseas Chinese enterprise. Mr∏≠. Liao introduced the cause and e×Ωffect of the U.S. Subprime  &↑Mortgage Crisis, and analyzed t•β he problems in the management o"‍f non-performing loans✘∏™ in the United States by citing some t÷≠✘ypical examples. Fur"λthermore, he summarized the severity a®"nd the benefits from the subpri♥♦≈€me crisis. In the end, Mr. Liao ans®‍×πwered the students’ questions and$∏ finished the lecture.
