From July 16 to 17, 2011, Mr. He≠Ω÷nry Liao, managing partner of SchindeΩσ✔$rs Law, was invited by HKU to make ✘ a lecture on the top¶ ic of Legal Environment aβε×nd Intellectual Property€λ  Rights in Shanghai, China.

This course was attended by th₹ ★e senior management in both the PR☆π ₩C and overseas Chine¥₹©→se enterprises. Mr. Liao introdu÷φΩ₩ced the legal system ✘↑both in China and fo☆∞©reign countries, corporate manage¥φment, types of commercial o♥≠rganizations and modern ¥>corporate compliance, contract laws a&±"nd intellectual properγ®β☆ty laws.

In the course, Mr. Li★<ao emphasized on the ‍✘↑‌difference between Chinese ♦∞βand foreign legal environment.  ∑ He also made a detailed analy σ✔sis on the law provision≤&σ♥s and the problems caused in practice,↕ε by citing a lot of e♣₹xamples in order to let the s÷₽∑©tudents have a better under≤₽₽standing the content o≠£¶αf the course.
