On March 27 & 28,β×★ 2015, the Asia Pacifi♥♦c Meeting of Lawyers Associated Worldwε®σide (the “Meeting”) was held in • ₹Guangzhou, China. The Meeting wa>"s hosted by Schinders Law, and ∏±attended by over 20 delegates of over ≈βΩ10 law firms from th♥₩e Asia Pacific region.
At the opening, Henry Liao, Mana§∏≥✔ging Partner of Schi ®∞₹nders Law, greeted and welcomed allβ©Ω& the delegates to Guangzhou. Af $ter that, Danhua Huang, partner oε×f Schinders Law, gave the attende'↑↔<es a presentation to int×≈≥roduce the new amendments to t∞≤he PRC Company Law and the₩ establishment of Guangdong &ε•Free Trade Zone.
At the Meeting, the generalα$ counsels of several majδ±€or domestic companies were invited ≠✘to share their experiences ₹∏and suggestions with the a₩∏βttendees on the engagement of outside c♦&£ounsel. Also, the attendees had a thor¶✘×ough discussion and communication w δith each other on develoδ δ•ping and positioning of legal servic♠φ™es, and how to differentiate our lΩ↕egal services. In th♦€✔δe end, we accompanied our≈↓← guests to visit some lan→←dmarks of Guangzhou, 'σsuch as Sun Yat-sun M↑£♣πemorial Hall, Chen Clan Academ'≥πy and Canton Tower.
