●   At the beginning of t∑‍he meeting, the Managing Partner,∑™ Mr. Henry Liao made a review and sδ¶≈ummary on the firm’s&nb↓© sp; business and achievements i← ≥∞n the last year, and then he made a comΩ'parative analysis on the fir"βm’s business achievement ✔¥✘in 2011 in respect of case typα&e（non-litigation practice and litigati↑‌☆on）and client type（domestic÷​ enterprise and foreign-owned enterprise）, comparing with those in 2≤ε<‌010.   

●   Furthermore, Mβγ$r. Henry Liao put fo<‌​δrward some suggestions on the f✘φirm’s marketing promotion and pro★ "Ωfessional training in 2012. In th¶"÷e meeting, Mr. Henry Liao in↕£∑Ωdicated that we had pass​≤ λed a successful year of 20&£11, in addition to the original busine≈±ss, we gained a further develop∏©πment in providing legal services in r ≥λ✔elation to the intellectual proΩ→'¥perty right, especially the trademark ✘‌​→registration service. At l★∏♦ast, Mr. Henry Liao γ₽↓set up a new target and developm&​∏∑ent strategy for the Firm in 2012& .

●  Secondly, Mr. Kent Lin, ®×↓Partner of Schinders Law, made an anal♦≈ysis in respect of financial sta€λtus, personnel movement a✘‍εnd culture construction>× of our Firm; and also made a prospect♥← for the future development. Mr. Ken£&π‍t Lin encouraged eve↔✘ryone to expand various kinds of le¥®gal practice according to the☆>≈∞ needs of the market, an♦↔₽$d make persistent efforts for better±  achievements in the year of 2012÷>.

●  In the summary m≠πφeeting, each participatin←α©g lawyers, legal assis'∑‌tants and administrative staff∞±£σ summarized his/her work in the pas←≠÷φt year of 2011, and shared their e γ↔xperiences with each othe ™× r.
