On December 13, 2011, Mr. Kent Liφ₩₽&n, partner of Schinderφ§®★s Law, held an inter↑>↓πnal lecture on the Rγαegulations on the Appropriatioα¥​n of Houses on State∑∑-owned Land and Compe×≤​₹nsation. Mr. Lin introduced ÷¥"some key theories on the topic and aδδnalyzed some typical cases based oδ∏n the national conditions and ≥™π♣present development statuα'γs of China. 2.  The evolution process β¶γ₩of the regulations on the expropriatio∑♥n of houses on state-owned l>☆and;

3.  The interpretation of the≤✔↑ Regulations on the Expr≥‌☆γopriation of Houses on Stat≠βσe-owned Land and Compensation₹δ;

4.  Some issues in ≠✔σthe expropriation of houses on sta∞‌te-owned land; and

5.  Problems of the confi¥♦scation rural collect¥<ive land use rights.
